Former Southern Utah DB LeShaun Sims Inks Deal With Cincinnati Bengals

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Former Southern Utah and Tennessee Titans defensive back LeShaun Sims agreed to a one-year deal with the Cincinnati Bengals.
The Bengals announced the addition of the former Thunderbirds defender on Wednesday, April 8.
Sims joined the Cincinnati franchise after spending the first four seasons of his NFL career with the Titans.

During his professional career, Sims has played in 56 career games including 11 starts. As a member of the Titans, Sims posted 115 tackles, 8 pass breakups, 2 interceptions, and a forced fumble.
Sims helped Tennessee reach the AFC Championship Game in 2019.
He was selected as a fifth-round pick (157th overall) out of Southern Utah in the 2016 NFL Draft. He was a Thunderbird from 2011-2014. During the 2014 season, Sims recorded 67 total tackles, 9 pass breakups, and 2 fumble recoveries in 12 games.
