SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Former University of Utah standout cornerback, Jaylon Johnson, has taken a guess at who he thinks will call his name later this month during the NFL Draft.
In an interview with Bleacher Report, Johnson admitted that he believes the Las Vegas Raiders will be the team in which he joins.
“I would say the Raiders,” Johnson says after being asked if he had a hunch or a good feeling when it came to what team will draft him.

Johnson, who originally hails from Fresno, California is predicted by many to be the first Ute taken off the board in the 2020 NFL Draft. If Johnson does ultimately end up being picked by the Raiders, all the more reason for Utah fans to make the 6-hour drive or 45-minute flight down to Las Vegas to cheer on their new beloved NFL Franchise.
The Raiders currently own two first-round picks, the 12th and 19th. However, if Johnson were not be taken in the first round, he would end up going in the third round, as the Raiders do not currently own any picks in the second round. Their third-round selections are 80, 81 and 91.
