Utah Valley G Isaiah White Enters Transfer Portal

OREM, Utah – According to multiple reports, Utah Valley guard Isaiah White has submitted his name in the college basketball transfer portal.
White is the first player for the Wolverines to enter the portal after spending two seasons with the program, under two different head coaches including Mark Pope and Mark Madsen.
He will be a graduate transfer and will be eligible to play immediately.
The Rancho Cucamonga, California native began his college career with Salt Lake Community College where he averaged 12.8 points per game while shooting 45.7 percent from the field along with 6.8 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game.

He redshirted as a sophomore with SLCC and then transferred to UVU and played in all 33 games for Utah Valley in the 2018-19 season. White posted 8.5 points per game average along with a team-best 19 blocks and ranked third on the team in steals with 26.
This past season as a junior, White increased his scoring to 14.5 points per game as well as 8.4 rebounds in 21 games played.
White’s best game of the season was when he scored 23 points on the road against UTRGV on February 13.
