Big Sky Releases Basketball Tournament Bracket

BOISE, Idaho – The Big Sky announced their bracket and matchups for the upcoming conference basketball tournament that will be played at Century Link Arena in Boise, Idaho.

The tournament will take place from Wednesday, March 11 to Saturday, March 14.

Southern Utah will be the No. 7 seed and will face No. 10 Idaho in the first round. The Thunderbirds won both regular season meetings against the Vandals with a 73-45 win in Moscow on January 27 and an 87-55 victory in Cedar City on February 29.

Weber State will be the No. 8 seed and will take on No. 9 Sacramento State in the first round. The Wildcats split their regular season series with the Hornets. Weber State lost the first meeting in Sacramento 71-57 on January 11 but picked up a 70-66 win in Ogden on February 6.
