Wildcats Struggle To Score, Lose Season Series To Northern Colorado

GREELEY, Colo. – The Weber State men’s basketball team struggled to score against Northern Colorado leading the Wildcats to their second loss of the season to the Bears.
The Wildcats fell to the Bears 70-52 at Bank of Colorado Arena on Saturday, February 1.
Weber State suffered the 18-point loss after shooting 40.4 percent from the field including 26.3 percent from behind the arc.

Northern Colorado hosted the Wildcats for the second meeting of the season after defeating Weber State 65-64 on January 9.
On Saturday, Weber State star Jerrick Harding was limited to 13 points on 5-13 shooting. Harding shot 1-4 from three against the Bears. He added 1 rebound, 4 assists, and a steal in 38 minutes on the court.
The Wildcats were carried by Kham Davis’ 14 points on 5-8 field goals.

Northern Colorado was led to victory by Jonah Radebaugh’s 19 points on 7-12 from the field.
The Bears shot 52.5 percent on field goals in the win.
With the win. Northern Colorado improved to 14-7 on the season and 7-3 in Big Sky Conference games.

The Wildcats fell to 8-14 overall and 4-7 in conference play.
Weber State returns to the court when it hosts Sacramento State on Thursday, February 6 at 7 p.m. (MDT).
