Jazz Guard Mike Conley Missing Nuggets Game With Right Knee Soreness

DENVER, Colo. – The Utah Jazz listed point guard Mike Conley as “OUT” for the team’s game against the Denver Nuggets.

Utah plays at the Pepsi Center in Denver on Thursday, January 30.

Conley has missed 19 of Utah’s 47 games this season due to injury. The point guard has appeared in 28 games this season including 22 starts.

On December 2, 2019, Conley suffered a hamstring injury against the Philadelphia 76ers. The injury caused him to miss five games.

On December 17, 2019, the point guard returned to Utah’s lineup against the Orlando Magic. Conley played 19 minutes before leaving the game after he reaggravated the injury.

The Jazz own a 15-4 record in games without Conley on the court this season.

A month later, he returned to the court when the Jazz hosted the Sacramento Kings on January 18.

In the six games since returning from the hamstring injury, Conley has averaged 8.8 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 2.0 assists in 19.5 minutes per game. He’s shot 44.7 percent overall and 19.0 percent from three-point range during January.

Jazz backup center Tony Bradley is listed as “QUESTIONABLE” for the Denver game with a right knee sprain.
