On second down with five yards to go for the first down at their own 35 yard line, Hill ran for an 11-yard gain to their 46-yard line.
The following play, Hill stayed in at quarterback, replacing Drew Brees, and scrambled out of the pocket and threw a deep pass to wide receiver Deonte Harris for 50-yards at the Vikings 4-yard line.
