SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Utah Jazz begin a five-game road trip against the best team in the Eastern Conference, the Milwaukee Bucks.

Utah will play five games in seven nights from Monday, November 25 until Monday, December 2.

During that stretch, the Jazz will play four teams from the Eastern Conference including Milwaukee, Indiana, Toronto, and Philadelphia. The Memphis Grizzlies the lone Western Conference foe on the road trip.

The Jazz are currently 11-5 on the season and tied for the third-best record in the Western Conference. They are currently on a three-game winning streak and have won 7 out of their last ten games. However, they are also 3-4 on the road in 2019.

Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell has been a tear to start the 2019-20 season. He’s fresh off a game where he scored 37 points helped Utah to its third consecutive victory.

Mitchell has led the Jazz in scoring in nine of their 16 games this season. He is averaging 25.9 points per game which ranks ninth in the NBA.

If the Jazz hope to come out of the upcoming trip winning three or more game, Mitchell will have to continue his spectacular play.

11/25 @ Milwaukee Bucks

Rudy Gobert missed the Jazz’s last game against the New Orleans Pelicans due to a left ankle sprain that he suffered against the Golden State Warriors.

The Jazz center is listed as questionable on Utah’s injury report for the team’s upcoming game against the Bucks.

Utah defeated Milwaukee 103-100 in their first meeting this season. The game was played in Salt Lake City on November 8. Jazz forward Bojan Bogdanovic hit a game-winning buzzer-beating three-pointer as time expired to lift Utah to the victory.

MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 30 points on 10-22 shooting. The Jazz held the Bucks’ star to 2 points in the first half before he erupted after the break.

11/27 @ Indiana Pacers

This will be the first meeting between the Jazz and Pacers this season. The Pacers are still without star guard Victor Oladipo who is recovering from an injury that he suffered last season.

Indiana is led by Malcolm Brogdan who is averaging 19.2 points per contest. Brogdan was with the Bucks last season and entered the offseason as a restricted free agent. Milwaukee chose not to match the offer sheet that Brogdan signed with Indiana this summer which allowed Brogdan to join the Pacers.

This will be Bojan Bogdanovic’s first game back in Indiana after he signed with the Jazz as a free agent this offseason. Bogey spent two seasons with the Pacers and was their leading scorer after Oladipo went out with his injury last season.

11/29 @ Memphis Grizzlies

The Jazz will look to exact revenge on the Grizzlies after Memphis defeated Utah in their first matchup this season. The Grizzlies beat the Jazz 107-106 on November 15. It was Mike Conley’s first game back in Memphis after being traded to the Jazz in July.

Donovan Mitchell scored 29 points while Rudy Gobert added 23 points but it wasn’t enough for the Jazz to pull out a road win. Conley struggled in the game shooting 5-19 for 15 points.

Grizzlies’ rookie point guard Ja Morant scored 25 points on 9-22 shooting to led Memphis in the win.

12/1 @ Toronto Raptors

Utah plays the 2018-19 NBA champions to open the last month of 2019. The December 1 game will be the Jazz’s lone trip north of the border this season.

The Raptors aren’t the same team that won the title this past season. They are without NBA Finals MVP Kawhi Leonard who left as a free agent in July and signed with the Los Angeles Clippers.

Toronto is led by forward Pascal Siakam who is averaging 25.7 points per game. Veteran guard Kyle Lowry is currently out of the Raptors’ lineup with a broken. The team said that Lowry would be evaluated in two weeks in early November. It’s possible that he might be back on the floor when the Jazz roll into town.
