Former Orem WR Puka Nacua Has Highlight Catch Against Arizona

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Washington Huskies wide receiver Puka Nacua had an impressive catch and run-after-catch during UW’s game against the Arizona Wildcats.
Nacua had a great 49-yard reception that included some broken tackles during the fourth quarter of Washington’s game on Saturday, October 12.
The receiver had the most catches in a game of his freshman season against the Wildcats.

The WR had three catches for 97 yards against Arizona. His performance on Saturday brought his season stats to four catches for 125 yards and a touchdown.
Nacua is a product of the Orem Tigers high school football program.
His hometown is Provo, Utah.
Nacua announced his decision to attend the University of Washington on KSL’s SportsBeat Sunday in February 2019.
The final schools he was considering before he committed to UW included Utah, BYU, UCLA, USC and Oregon.
