SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – KSLSports.com’s Bracket of Movies continues with a second round matchup of the 4 and 13 seeds.
No. 4 Rocky defeated No. 25 Bend It Like Beckham in the first round. Rocky was released in 1976 with star Sylvester Stallone as a small-time boxer, who gets a supremely rare chance to fight a heavyweight champion in a bout in which he strives to go the distance for his self-respect.
No. 13 Miracle knocked off No. 20 Rush in the first round. It’s the 2004 film with Kurt Russell starring in the true story of Herb Brooks, the player-turned-coach, who led the 1980 United States Olympic Hockey team to victory over the seemingly invincible Russian team.
