Brian Johnson – Offensive Coordinator – Philadelphia Eagles (11-4)

The former Utah quarterback and the Eagles ended a three-game losing streak with a 33-25 win over NFC East rival New York Giants.

Clark Phillips III – Cornerback – Atlanta Falcons (7-8)

Dalton Kincaid – Tight End – Buffalo Bills (9-6)

Jaylon Johnson – Cornerback – Chicago Bears (6-9)

Julian Blackmon – Safety – Indianapolis Colts (8-7)
