The kickoff time and TV info will be announced on Saturday night or Sunday morning.
BYU hosting Oklahoma has the potential to be one of the most expensive tickets in the history of LaVell Edwards Stadium. The Cougars are getting a one-time opportunity to host Oklahoma in a Big 12 matchup before the Sooners move to the SEC next year.
Both teams are currently on two-game losing streaks from a pair of road games. Oklahoma is 7-2 overall on the season and ranked No. 17 in the AP Top 25 poll. BYU is 5-4 overall 2-4 in Big 12 action.
When BYU and Oklahoma meet later this month, it will be the third all-time meeting between the two programs. BYU leads the series 2-0, with the last meeting being one of the greatest victories in BYU football history. The Cougars took down the No. 3 Sooners 14-13 in 2009. It was the first football game at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
BYU also defeated Oklahoma in the 1994 Copper Bowl.
