SALT LAKE CITY – The Utah Jazz officially released their long-anticipated, though poorly kept secret City Edition jerseys for the 2023-24 season.
All 30 NBA teams will have new city edition jerseys this year to coincide with the inaugural NBA In-Season Tournament which begins later this month.
The Jazz City Edition is a re-imagined version of the mountain jerseys that debuted in the late 90s when the franchise made two trips to the NBA Finals.

Jazz Unveil City Edition Jerseys
The Jazz will debut their City Edition jersey on November 14 against the Portland Trail Blazers in their first home Play-In Tournament game.
“The stepped gradientsβwhich have been a staple design element of our City Edition uniformsβmake their return, but now focus on cascading shades of purple, representing the majestic mountain ranges of the Wasatch Front,” the Jazz announced in their release.
In celebrating the 1996-2002 purple mountain jersey, the city edition features the cascading shades of purple and simplified classic lettering πβ°οΈ

These are the dates the Jazz have announced that they will wear their City Edition jerseys during the first half of the NBA schedule.
Nov. 14 vs. the Portland Trail Blazers – City Edition uniforms on the NBA In-Season Tournament court
Nov. 17 vs. the Phoenix Suns – City Edition uniforms on the NBA In-Season Tournament court
Dec. 18 vs. the Brooklyn Nets – City Edition court and uniforms
Jan. 3 vs. the Detroit Pistons- City Edition court and uniforms
Jan. 18 vs. the Oklahoma City Thunder – City Edition court and uniforms
Jazz Unveil New Court
In addition to the City Edition jersey, the Jazz also revealed a new court that matches the team’s new uniforms.

Unlike the full purple court that the team will use during the Play-In Tournament, the new floor features traditional hardwood, with a purple and black Utah logo at center court, purple free-throw lanes, and a purple gradient on the sidelines.
The Utah Jazz City Edition jersey retails for $130 and the shorts retail for $90.Β The uniform is now available for sale onlineΒ and at the Utah Jazz Team Store at Delta Center.
