Nate Johnson Says He’d Like To Meet Michael Jackson, His Reason Will Surprise You

SALT LAKE CITY – We’ve all given some thought as to who we would like to meet if time travel were possible and Utah quarterback Nate Johnson is no different saying his choice would be the late Michael Jackson. The reason he gave, however, was not what we were expecting.
Johnson sat down with Unrivaled for his weekly segment in the Player’s Club and went over what you would expect with hosts Scott Mitchell and Alex Kirry. Utah’s injury situation, the Oregon State game, how the BYE week is being handled and of course, their NIL with the 2024 Ram trucks.
Mitchell then turned the conversation toward getting to know Johnson on a personal level, asking if time travel was possible, who would he like to meet?

As mentioned above, Johnson said his choice would be Michael Jackson, noting his father spent time on Jackson’s security back in the day.

“My dad was a bodyguard for him,” Johnson said. “I would want to go on the specific tours that he went- so go back to the 2000’s. I would want to meet him. I want to get a feel for what it was like going on buses with fans that are just screaming your name and being out there, ya know? I want to meet him too because his music is amazing and he’s a really great guy- very nice person to meet if I was able to go back.”
