Jazz Sign Guard Kris Dunn For Rest Of Season
SALT LAKE CITY – The Utah Jazz and Kris Dunn have agreed on a deal that would keep the 28-year-old guard on the roster for the rest of the season.
The offer came after Dunn played through two ten-day contracts with the Jazz.
The Utah Jazz and guard Kris Dunn have agreed to a new deal for the remainder of the season, sources tell me and @Tjonesonthenba. Dunn is averaging 11.6 points, 4.8 assists and 4.8 rebounds for Jazz and earns a full deal after his second 10-day ended.

The terms of the deal have not been announced yet. It was later revealed to be a multi-year deal.
In 9 games played, Dunn has averaged 11.6 points, 4.8 assists, and 4.8 rebounds in a Jazz jersey.
He shot 53% from the field and 38% from deep in the same stretch.

In the absence of Jordan Clarkson and Collin Sexton, Kris Dunn stepped up when the Jazz needed it most.
On February 25, Dunn posted an impressive 15 points, 7 rebounds, and 8 assists. He contributed to a 16-point win over the San Antonio Spurs.

About Utah Jazz Guard Kris Dunn
Dunn attended Providence College from 2012-2016.
Despite having injury problems and undergoing shoulder surgery at the collegiate level, Dunn’s talent was apparent. He was drafted by the Minnesota Timberwolves with the fifth pick in the 2016 NBA Draft.
Kris Dunn was traded after his rookie season to Chicago as a part of the Jimmy Butler deal. Chicago received a 2107 first-round pick that eventually became Lauri Markkanen.
Dunn was a Chicago Bull until the 2020 season. From 2020-2022, Dunn played for the Hawks and the Trailblazers. He also spent some time in the NBA G-League.
