Tony Finau Finishes Round One Of 2022 PGA Championship Under-Par

SALT LAKE CITY – Utah’s Tony Finau went to the clubhouse following the opening round of the 2022 PGA Championship with a scorecard under-par.
The 2022 PGA Championship is being played at Southern Hills Country Club in Tulsa, Oklahoma from May 19-22.
After his opening day at the tournament, Finau found himself near the top of the leaderboard after shooting under-par for the first round.
Finau posted a score of 69 for one-under-par.
The score had the Utahn tied for tenth on the leaderboard as he exited the course.

Finau completed the round with two birdies and one bogey on his card. He birdied the second hold on the front nine and recorded another birdie on No. 13. Finau’s lone bogey came on the tenth hole.
He is currently ranked No. 79 in the world and has earned over $1 million in 2022.
