Rams Unveil Jersey Number For LB Bobby Wagner

SALT LAKE CITY – The Los Angeles Rams unveiled the jersey number for former Utah State and current NFL linebacker Bobby Wagner.
After spending the first 10 seasons of his career with the Seahawks, Wagner joined Seattle’s NFC West rival on March 31. The six-time All-Pro player was released by the Seahawks on March 8.
On Tuesday, May 17, the Rams revealed Wagner’s jersey number for the upcoming 2022 season. Los Angeles unveiled the number by sharing a video of a graphic done by Sotagraphics, a sports illustrator.
Wagner will rock the No. 45 on his Rams jersey.

During his 10 seasons in Seattle, the former Utah State standout sports that number but in reverse, No. 54.
About Bobby Wagner
After a college career at Utah State, the Southern California native was selected by the Seahawks during the second round of the 2012 NFL Draft.
Wagner helped Seattle win Super Bowl XLVIII in 2013.
Last season, Wagner recorded 170 total tackles, 93 solo tackles, one sack, one forced fumble, one interception, and five pass breakups.
The former USU standout was selected to his eighth consecutive Pro Bowl in 2021.

During his 10-year career, Wagner has posted 1,383 total tackles, 818 solo tackles, 23.5 sacks, six forced fumbles, nine fumble recoveries, 11 interceptions, 60 pass breakups, and one touchdown in 150 games.

Los Angeles finished the regular season with a 12-5 record before its postseason run. The Rams beat the Arizona Cardinals, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and San Francisco 49ers to reach Super Bowl LVI. Los Angeles beat the Cincinnati Bengals to win the Super Bowl.
