Several Former Cougars Offering Support At BYU Pro Day

SALT LAKE CITY – Taysom Hill, Harvey Langi and Khyiris Tonga headlined some of the former BYU players on hand to support Pro Day participants.
The Cougars Pro Day was held on Friday, March 25 in Provo, UT.
Some former #BYU players in the #NFL are here in attendance to support the Pro Day participants.

Several recent BYU players are expected to participate in the Pro Day testing including running back Tyer Allgeier, wide receiver Samson Nacua. For quarterback Baylor Romney is throwing to his pro hopeful former teammates, though not pursuing an NFL career himself.

In five seasons with the New Orleans Saints, Hill has progress from a do-it-all, swiss army knife role to starting 17 games at quarterback in the previous two seasons. He recently restructured his contract with the Saints for the third time in two seasons after completing 64.2 percent of his his passes and throwing eight touchdowns and eight interceptions.
Hill finished the 2021 season throwing for 978 yards, four touchdowns, and five interceptions. He added 374 yards and five touchdowns on the ground.
It was a big 24-hour period for the Cougar football program as they also hosted several 2023 four-star prospects.
