SALT LAKE CITY – Real Salt Lake was down by one goal in the final stages of the match before they got two goals from Justen Glad and Tate Schmitt.
Justen Glad scored in the 88th minute before Tate Schmitt scored in extra time to give RSL a 3-2 win over the New England Revolution.
Glad’s goal came off of a free kick from Pablo Ruiz that went into the box and he was able to tap the ball past the goalkeeper. That leveled the match at two.

In the third minute of stoppage time, Schmitt got the ball in the box when he fired it with his right foot past the keeper. Most of the team slid on the snow in celebration. Both Schmitt and Glad scored their first goals of the season.
