Vivint Arena Lifts COVID-19 Restrictions At Utah Jazz Games

SALT LAKE CITY – Vivint Arena announced that they have lifted their COVID-19 restrictions for fans when attending Utah Jazz basketball games.
Beginning February 25, the requirement for proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test will be lifted to gain access to Utah Jazz home games inside Vivint Arena.
Jazz officials are still recommending face coverings as an effective health tool to prevent the spread of the virus. They also urge vaccinations and boosters as the best defense against the virus.

Masks are still required for individuals in designated areas surrounding the basketball court, per the NBA health and safety protocols. According to the release, other events being held at Vivint Arena will adhere to specific COVID-19 protocols of the event organizer or concert/show promoter which could require mandatory masks and/or proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the event time.
When the season started, the Jazz made it a requirement to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the game.
Vivint Arena is asking that fans and ticket holders check the particular event sites for the status of their events. Disney on Ice is coming to Vivint Arena as well as other concerts including Justin Bieber, Billie Eilish, Journey, John Mayer and more.
