SALT LAKE CITY – University of Utah cornerback Lacarea Pleasant-Johnson has entered his name into the NCAA Transfer Portal.
Lacarea Pleasant-Johnson entered the transfer portal on Tuesday afternoon, KSL Sports confirmed with a source with direct access to the database.
The move doesn’t come as much of a shock when Pleasant-Johnson didn’t play cornerback in the Rose Bowl game, following a list of injuries at the position. Utah turned to running back Micah Bernard to replace Zemaiah Vaughn, who suffered an injury in the Pac-12 Championship game.
This doesn't come as much of a shock. LPJ just couldn't get on the field. https://t.co/pMWuHBWbXO
