Donovan Mitchell Enters Top 10 On Utah Jazz All-Time Scoring List

SALT LAKE CITY – Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell entered the top 10 on Utah’s all-time scoring list during a game against the Golden State Warriors.
The Jazz hosted the Warriors at Vivint Arena on Saturday, January 1.
During the second quarter, Mitchell buried a free throw to pass former Jazzman Derrick Favors to become the 10th all-time leading scorer in team history.

Karl Malone, who is the franchise’s all-time leading scorer, ranks No. 2 on the NBA’s all-time scoring list.

Mitchell had 11 points on 1-8 field goals, including 1-5 from distance. He added four rebounds, two assists, and one steal in 17 minutes.

This season, the Louisville product is averaging 25.8 points per game on 46.0 percent shooting. He is the seventh-highest scorer in the NBA.
