Bingham High School Football Coach Dave Peck Announces Retirement

SALT LAKE CITY – Bingham High School football coach Dave Peck announced his retirement Wednesday morning.
“He has dedicated years to young athletes and making the Bingham High School football program one of the best and most competitive in the nation. Today we are saddened to announce that Dave Peck has decided to retire from his head coaching position at Bingham High School,” reads a release from the school.
According to a spokesperson from the school, Peck is retiring to focus on his family after dedicating years to high school athletes.

Peck returned to Bingham for the 2020 season to replace John Lambourne following his resignation.
“Coach Peck’s love and passion for Bingham football and the Bingham community is unparalleled. His dedication to his family, however, will always guide his decisions. At this time his family is his priority, as it should be,” the press release read.
The Miners went 7-5 this season under Peck.
