Brighton HS Star LB Lander Barton Commits To Utah Football
SALT LAKE CITY – The Utah football program received great news on Wednesday afternoon after Brighton High School star LB Lander Barton committed to the Utes.
Lander Barton was one of Utah’s top priority recruits in the 2022 class and he is following his family’s footsteps in being a Ute.
Barton announced his commitment on his sister Dani’s Instagram page.
Dani is an All-American volleyball star at the University of Utah. Lander’s two brothers Jackson and Cody both had standout careers at Utah. Cody was a linebacker, who is now playing for the Seattle Seahawks in the NFL. Jackson was a talented offensive tackle and is now playing for the Las Vegas Raiders.
Barton is a four-star recruit that is ranked No. 2 in the state of Utah and No. 24 linebacker in the nation, according to the 247Sports composite.
