Logan Bonner Finds Derek Wright For Long Utah State TD Early In 3Q

LOGAN, Utah – It didn’t take long for Utah State to score a touchdown as Logan Bonner found Derek Wright shortly after the halftime break.
The fast-paced Utah State offense ran eight plays for 75 yards in just 1:42 that ended in a 46-yard TD from Logan Bonner to Derek Wright. That gave the Aggies a 27-10 lead with 13:18 left in the third.
It’s the third touchdown reception of the season for Wright. The first two TD’s of the year came in their win over Colorado State last week.

After that drive, Bonner completed 14 of his 17 pass attempts for 214 yards and two touchdowns. Wright was up to three catches for 68 yards and a score. Leading the rushing attack is Elelyon Noa with 14 carries for 83 yards and one TD.
On the very next drive, Bonner found Carson Terrell for a 21-yard touchdown to put USU ahead of Hawai’i 34-10 with 8:12 to play in the third.
