SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Utah Jazz are well represented in the NBA’s new ad celebrating the league’s 75th anniversary.
In the commercial, a girl jumps on a school bus driven by actor Michael B. Jordan which takes a tour through a neighborhood showing off many of the league’s all-time greatest players.
Jordan’s school bus tour also passes by several members of the Jazz franchise including co-owner Dwyane Wade, All-Star Donovan Mitchell, a mural of three-time Defensive Player of the Year Rudy Gobert, and a jersey for Hall of Famer “Pistol” Pete Maravich.

Wade is the first member of the Jazz organization to make an appearance as Jordan’s bus drives past the superstar guard standing in front of his home recreating his iconic “this is my house” moment.
The saying was made famous after the Miami Heat guard hit a buzzer-beating three-pointer to beat the Chicago Bulls in double-overtime in 2009.
The bus then shows a series of uniforms hanging on a clothesline, including Maravich’s famous number 44 “Pistol” jersey.
Immediately after showing the Jazz jersey, the bus passes by Donovan Mitchell who is outside mowing the lawn. The All-Star guard waves at the kids who yell “Hey, Spida” to Mitchell.

Finally, Gobert is shown painted as a mural behind New Orleans Pelicans forward Zion Williamson. The defensive star is painted next to several of the greatest international players of all time including New Jersey Nets guard Dražen Petrović and former Houston Rockets top overall pick Yao Ming.
The ad also shows NBA legends Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, Oscar Robertson, Bill Russell, and LeBron James.
The NBA will celebrate its 75th anniversary throughout the season, commemorating the league’s original start date in 1946.
The celebration will include a new NBA logo for the season, games dedicated to the inaugural season, new classic jerseys, as well as a 75th-anniversary team.
