Saints QB Taysom Hill Powers For Multiple Touchdowns Against Giants

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Former BYU and current New Orleans Saints Taysom Hill fought through defenders to find the end zone multiple times in Week 4.
The Saints hosted the New York Giants at the Caesars Superdome on Sunday, October 3.
Hill battled his way across the goal line for a pair of touchdowns during the contest.
The former BYU star’s first touchdown came early in the third quarter. Hill would not be denied six points as he powered and spun his way into the end zone.
The touchdown run gave New Orleans a 14-7 lead.

Hill’s second score came early in the fourth on another quarterback keeper.
The touchdown put the Saints up 21-10.

Unfortunately for the Saints, Hill’s second touchdown was their last score of the game.
New York battled back and forced overtime with a field goal during the final minute of regulation.
The Giants scored a touchdown with final minutes left in overtime to capture a 27-21 win.
Hill finished the game 2/3 passing for nine yards and one interception. He added six carries for 28 yards and two touchdowns on the ground.
With the loss, the Saints fell to a 2-2 record this season.
New Orleans’ next game is on the road against the Washington Football Team on Sunday, October 10 at 11 a.m. (MDT). The game will be broadcast on CBS.
