Damir Kreilach Blasts Goal Past LAFC Goalkeeper To Level Match
SANDY, Utah – Real Salt Lake forward/midfielder Damir Kreilach blasted a goal past the LAFC goalkeeper in the first half to level the match on the road.
In the 28th minute, Damir Kreilach received the ball at the top of the 18-yard box when he fired it with his right foot into the top right corner of the goal and past the keeper.
That tied the match at one goal apiece. It’s the ninth goal of the season for Kreilach.
LAFC scored first right out of the gate when Cristian Arango scored 20 seconds in to the match. Right after Kreilach leveled the match, Arango found the back of the net again in the 30th minute.
Real Salt Lake will return home to face the Seattle Sounders on Saturday, September 18 at 7:30 p.m. MDT on the KSL 5 TV app, KSLSports.com or the KSL Sports app.
