Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson Responds To Social Media Post By Utah Football

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson responded to a social media post by the Utah football program and wished the Utes luck this season.
Like many other college football and NFL teams, the Utes filmed players giving their answers to a random question during fall camp.
In a recent video posted to Twitter, Utah football asked its players, “Who’s Your Celebrity Lookalike?”
Multiple Utes responded with “The Rock.”
The Hollywood star responded. He thanked the Utes and wished them “a great season” in 2021.

About Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson
Before his time as an actor and professional wrestler, Johnson played college football for the Miami Hurricanes. The Hurricanes won the national title during Johnson’s time at the University of Miami.
Following his college career, Johnson went undrafted in the 1995 NFL Draft.
He played in the Canadian Football League for a short time before turning to professional wrestling.

Johnson joined the WWF in 1996. During his time as a wrestler, Johnson earned the nickname, “The Rock.”
In 2004, “The Rock” left the WWE and became an actor.
Johnson has appeared in well known movies such as The Scorpion King, The Game Plan, Central Intelligence, Moana, Jumanji, Jungle Cruise, and multiple films in the Fast & Furious series.
He is a co-owner of the XFL professional football league.

Utah begins its 2021 season against the Weber State Wildcats on September 2 at 5:30 p.m. (MDT). The game will broadcast on the Pac-12 Network.
