SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Kaavia Wade, daughter of Utah Jazz part-owner Dwyane Wade, dished out an assist to Sparks guard Erica Wheeler prior to Los Angeles’ game against the Las Vegas Aces.
The Wades attended the WNBA contest at Staples Center in Los Angeles on Wednesday, June 30.
Before tip-off, Wade’s young daughter received the ball from Sparks players Nneka and Chiney Ogwumike before tossing the ball for a cute connection with Wheeler.
The Wade family watched the assist from the sideline.

The Jazz owner and his wife, Gabrielle Union, live in Southern California like many former and current NBA players.

NBA stars show up to Sparks games on a regular basis, including the contest against the Aces.
In addition to Wade, current Los Angeles Laker star and former teammate of the Jazz part-owner, LeBron James, was in attendance.
Wade and James embraced one another while at the game.

Fellow NBA great and former Weber State Wildcats guard Damian Lillard was also in the crowd to watch the Sparks host the Aces.

Las Vegas defeated Los Angeles, 99-75.
With the result, the Aces improved to 12-4 on the season and the Sparks moved to a record of 6-9.
