SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah Valley center and NBA hopeful Fardaws Aimaq put on an impressive performance at his pro day, according to Wes Brown of The Monday Morning Scouting Report.

Aimaq recently worked out in Chicago.

“From a Source ‘Fardaws Aimaq killed at his pro day,'” Brown tweeted on Saturday, June 26.

In April, Aimaq announced that he was entering the 2021 NBA Draft but would maintain his collegiate eligibility.

“I want to pursue my ultimate goal of becoming a professional basketball player and playing in the NBA,” Aimaq tweeted about his decision. “I will go through the process to showcase my talent, develop my game, learn the system, and to get feedback so that I cna achieve my professional dream.”

Last season, Aimaq led the nation in rebounding with an average of 15.0 boards per game.

In addition to his rebounding skills, the center put up 13.9 points on 48.5 percent shooting in his first season with the Wolverines.

He also averaged 1.6 assists and 1.7 blocks per contest.
