SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Real Monarchs match against Hartford that was originally postponed due to a coronavirus case within the Monarchs camp has been rescheduled for September 15.

The match will be played in Hartford at Dillon Stadium. The original match was scheduled to be played on May 29, but a day prior to the game the match was called off.

The Monarchs had traveled from Austin where they lost 2-0 on May 26 and were forced to fly home due to the postponement.

Thus far, manager Jamison Olave has suffered four losses, two draws and only led his team to one win this season. They currently sit in the last place in the Western Conference Mountain division, 11 points off the leaders RGV Toros.

The next Monarchs match will be played at Zions Bank Stadium in Herriman, Utah on Friday, June 18 when they host El Paso Locomotive. Kickoff is slated for 8 p.m. and can be streamed on ESPN+ and the KSL 5 TV app.

El Paso is currently sitting in the second position in the same group as the Monarchs. They have won three games, lost three games, and are yet to lose this season.

USL Team Of The Week

Milan Iloski has made the USL Team of the Week following his brace against Sacramento Republic FC on June 9th.

Iloski’s brilliance in front of goal lifted his team to their first win of the season and it came against former Monarchs manager and current manager of Sacramento Republic Mark Briggs.

Iloski scored both goals within the first half and was clinical in front of the goal.

Iloski is the first Monarchs player to be awarded the honor this season.
