SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Tampa Bay quarterback Tom Brady tossed a touchdown pass to the son of Drew Brees after he and the Buccaneers defeated Brees and New Orleans Saints in the NFC Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs.
Brady and the Buccaneers beat Brees and the Saints in New Orleans on Sunday, January 17.
Tampa Bay won the game, 30-20.
After the contest, Brady and Brees were seen talking on the field.
During their conversation, the six-time Super Bowl champion played catch with and tossed a touchdown pass to Brees’ son.

With the win, Brady and the Buccaneers advanced to the NFC title game against the Green Bay Packers.
It will be Brady’s 14th career appearance in a conference championship game.

Brady finished the game 18/33 passing for 199 yards and two touchdowns.

Before kick-off, FOX Sports’ Jay Glazer reported that Brees would retire following the Saints’ final game of the season.
Even though New Orleans’ season is over, Brees has yet to confirm that he will retire from the NFL.

Brady and the Buccaneers will kick-off against the Packers on Sunday, January 24 at 1:05 p.m. (MDT).
