Tony Finau To Compete In Sentry Tournament Of Champions In Hawaii This Week

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Tony Finau will make his first start of 2021 in Hawaii this week as he prepares for the Sentry of Champions tournament.
Finau begins the new year ranked as the 20th player in the world by the World Golf Rankings (WGR) and 40th in the FedEx Cup standings.
The Sentry Tournament of Champions will be hosted by Kapalua Plantation Course in Maui, Hawaii. The course was build and founded by Ben Crenshaw and Bill Coore in 1991.

Finau will tee off at 2:20 p.m. on Thursday, January 6th alongside Lanto Griffin who is currently ranked 63rd in the WGR.
2021 Season To Date
Thus far, Finau has competed in five 2021 PGA Tour events. He has two top 10 finishes, four top 25 finishes and is hoping to make his sixth consecutive cut ahead of play in Hawaii.
Other notable players in the field this week include Adam Scott, Patrick Cantlay, Bryson DeChambeau, Webb Simpson, Justin Thomas, Dustin Johnson, Jon Rahm, Patrick Reed among others.
