Rudy Gobert Slams Alley-Oop From Donovan Mitchell Against Suns

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Jazz center Rudy Gobert jammed home an alley-oop pass from guard Donovan Mitchell during Utah’s game against the Phoenix Suns.
The Jazz hosted the Suns at Vivint Arena on Thursday, December 31.
With 9:11 remaining in the opening quarter of action, Mitchell float a pass towards the rim and into Gobert’s hands.
The two-time NBA Defensive Player of the Year took advantage of the perfect lob and slammed it through the cylinder for his first points of the game.

Gobert’s dunk gave the Jazz an 8-2 lead.

In addition to the slam, he had two early rebounds.
Mitchell was 2-3 for four points to start the game. He also dished out one assist during his first three minutes on the court.

The Jazz entered the contest with a 2-1 record on the season, including 0-1 at home.
