Utah Freshman Ian Martinez Throws Down Nasty Dunk Over Idaho Big Man

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah true freshman guard Ian Martinez threw down a very impressive alley-oop dunk over an Idaho big man.
Late in the first half, Utah guard Rylan Jones was at the top of the three-point line when Martinez cut to the basket along the baseline. As he went baseline, Jones threw an alley-oop pass to Martinez and he threw down the dunk over the Idaho Vandals’ center.

Martinez finished the first half with 7 points in 7 minutes. He shot 3-for-4 from the field and had 3 rebounds, one assist, one steal and a block.
Martinez was a four-star recruit coming out of high school in California.
Jones recorded one rebound and 5 assists in the first half as the Utes took a 40-16 lead into the locker room.
