Orem High School Senior Awarded Final Scholarship In 2020

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – University Federal Credit Union awarded Orem High School Senior Jace Anderson a scholarship for his academic and athletic achievements during his high school career.
The Orem senior was awarded the eighth, and final, scholarship given out by University Federal Credit Union this season. Anderson was awarded a $500 scholarship.
Every week during the high school football season, a scholarship will be awarded to a student-athlete.

Beloved By His Peers
During his high school career, Goodrich has achieved a 3.8 GPA while balancing his academic and athletic obligations.
During his sophomore year, Goodrich participated on the school’s wrestling team. He took a year off from wrestling during his junior year and missed it greatly, Anderson is considering a return to the mat for his senior year in 2020-21.
Anderson’s interests belong in the classroom and behind a camera.
Currently, Anderson is taking four concurrent enrollment classes as he prepares for life on a college campus.

He is hoping to attend the University of Utah but is unsure where his future lies.
While at college, Anderson hopes to study video production or technical theater.
Regardless of how the future unfolds for Anderson, one thing is a certainty, a smile and a laugh will follow Anderson wherever he ends up. His infectious personality and bright mind will further help Anderson achieve his goals.
