Social Media Took Off During BYU’s Blowout Win Against Navy

ANNAPOLIS, Maryland – BYU dominating Navy by a score of 55-3 was not the outcome the college football was expecting to see when this game was announced a month ago. But still, with a football-starved country tuning in to the first game that resembled a pair of programs that people have actually heard of, media members and former players tuned in to BYU’s big win.

When the nation tunes in to a sporting event, you’re going to see a lot of opinions flowing on social media. With how well BYU played on Monday, it was hard for anyone to say anything bad about the Cougars’ impressive performance to open the 2020 season.
