During Sierakowski’s stint with the Timbers, he notched 8 goals from 2,230 minutes of playing time. Sierakowski, 22, was originally drafted by the Portland Timbers with the 23rd overall pick in the 2019 MLS SuperDraft. He never made an appearance for the Timbers in Major League Soccer.
“Ryan is a player that we have admired for quite some time,” RSL Technical Director Dan Egner said. “He is athletic, great around goal, and a proven player at the USL Championship. We expect big things from Ryan and can’t wait to see him with the rest of the group.”
His signing is awaiting league and federation approval.
Additionally, the Monarchs welcome the return of defender Andrew Brody and midfielder Josh Heard following their loan stints with FC Pinzgau in Austria.
