Utah Head Coach Kyle Whittingham Listed Top 10 In Win Percentage Among Active Coaches

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah head football coach Kyle Whittingham is among the top 10 active head coaches with the highest winning percentage.
Whittingham has .675 percent of his games as the head coach of the Utes. This list is among the active head coaches in FBS who have at least 100 wins.
The Utah head coach took the reins from Urban Meyer after the 2004 season and has been the head coach of the Utes ever since.
During his 15-seasons at the helm, Whittingham has a 131-64 record. The Utes finished the 2019 season with an 11-3 record which led to Whittingham being named the Pac-12 Coach of the Year.
Whittingham has led the Utes to 14 bowl games as the head coach and holds an 11-3 record.

He is the longest tenured coach in the Pac-12 and the third longest tenured coach in NCAA FBS.

Whittingham will enter his 16th season as the head coach in 2020 when the Utes will host rival BYU at Rice-Eccles Stadium on Thursday, September 3.
