Former BYU Star Nick Emery Announces Birth Of New Son

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Former BYU basketball star Nick Emery is now the father of two children. Emery and his wife, Jenna Emery, announced the birth of their second child, Beckham Statler Emery. Beckham was born earlier this week on April 29th.

Emery announced Beckham’s birth on his personal social media saying, “I am blessed with a wonderful wife and two amazing boys in my life. Gotta do our best to stay focused on the blessings around us during these tough times. #familymattersmost”
According to wife Jenna’s Instagram, Beckham was born weighing six pounds, 15 ounces, and was 19-and-a-half inches long. “One smitten Daddy and Beckham is a clone of Nick…it seriously makes me so happy.”
Last July, Emery retired from basketball after playing three seasons at BYU. In high school, Emery helped lead Lone Peak High School in Alpine to a High School Basketball National Championship in 2013.
