Local Athletes React To News Of Utah’s 5.7-Magnitude Earthquake

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Players on teams from around the state of Utah posted their reactions to Utah’s 5.7-magnitude earthquake on social media.
Utahns including professional and collegiate athletes felt the early morning quake that occurred near Salt Lake City just after 7 a.m. (MDT) on Wednesday, March 18.
Players from the Utah Jazz, Real Salt Lake, and the Utah Utes football team shared their initial reactions to the earthquake on social media minutes after the tremors.
Utah Jazz
Jazz star guard Donovan Mitchell tweeted about the earthquake writing, “Earthquake in Utah???!?! Y’all please stay safe out there.”
