BYU Football Officially Announces 2020 Schedule

PROVO, Utah – The BYU Cougars football program officially announced its 2020 regular-season schedule.
The Cougars confirmed their 2020 slate of games on Wednesday, January 29.
BYU plays six games on the road and six games at LaVell Edwards Stadium in Provo.
The Cougars will play 12 regular season games beginning with the University of Utah in week one of the college football season.

BYU plays three teams in 2020 that finished the 2019 season ranked in the AP Top 25 Poll. The Cougars face No. 10 Minnesota, No. 16 Utah, and No. 23 Boise State.
The Cougars open the season four consecutive games against teams from a Power 5 confernce. Six of the BYU’s games feature P5 opponents (Utah Michigan State, Arizona State, Minnesota, Missouri, Stanford).
Seven of the Cougars’ opponents next season played in the 2019 bowl season.
Earlier on Wednesday, BYU and Stanford announced a four-game extension of their football series, extending the upcoming series to eight games.
