Dayan Ghanwoloku Strips Football, Recovers Fumble In NFLPA Collegiate Bowl
PASADENA, Calif. – Former BYU defensive back Dayan Ghanwoloku recorded a forced fumble and fumble recovery during the first half of the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl.
Ghanwoloku participated in the postseason all-star exhibition at the Rose Bowl on Saturday, January 18.
The former BYU DB and National team safety stripped the football from an American team receiver and recovered the fumble with 3:49 left in the second quarter of the game.

Ghanwoloku was involved in a number of tackles during the first half as well.
At halftime, Ghanwoloku and the National team led the American team 23-7.

During his time at BYU, Ghanwoloku played defensive back including safety and cornerback. He even participated in offensive snaps and scored on offense.
On defense, Ghanwoloku recorded 207 total tackles, 149 solo tackles, 10.5 tackles for loss, 2 sacks, 7 interceptions, and a touchdown.
Ghanwoloku played for the Cougars from 2015-19.
The NFLPA Collegiate Bowl is broadcast on NFL Network.
