SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Jazz forward Royce O’Neale faked out a Knicks defender before dumping the ball off to center Rudy Gobert in Utah’s game against New York.
O’Neale’s assist to Gobert came midway through the opening quarter of the game at Vivint Smart Home Arena on Wednesday, January 8.
Jazzman Bojan Bogdanovic bulleted a pass to O’Neale who drove towards the basket. O’Neale faked a pass to Gobert on the right side of a Knicks defender before wrapping the ball around and dishing the ball off to the Jazz center under the hoop. Gobert bounced up to the bucket and slammed the ball through the cylinder for two Utah points.
