Donovan Mitchell Spins To Basket For Easy Layup Against Hawks

ATLANTA, Ga. – Utah guard Donovan Mitchell spun down the paint and around Atlanta defenders for an easy layup as the part of Jazz run against the Hawks.
Mitchell’s field goal gave the Jazz a 99-96 advantage in the fourth quarter against the Hawks on Thursday, December 19.
The Jazz star took the ball into the paint, spun past Atlanta’s De’Andre Hunter to give Utah the three-point edge with 5:17 left to play. The bucket was part of a 12-3 run by the Jazz.

After the layup, Mitchell helped the Jazz pushed the scoreboard to 103-99 with just under three and a half minutes remaining before the Hawks called a timeout. Mitchell scored nine points as part of the 16-6 Utah run.
