Utah State Falls 10 Spots In Latest AP Poll

LOGAN, Utah – The Utah State men’s basketball fell 10 spots in the latest Associated Press Top 25 College Basketball Poll.
The Aggies drop came after suffering an 81-73 loss to Saint Mary’s on Friday, November 29. It was the team’s first loss of the season and moved them to a 7-1 record.
Utah State moved for No. 15 to No. 25 in the latest poll released on Monday, December 2.

Utah State is 5-0 at home, 2-0 on neutral courts, and 0-1 in true road games this season.
The Aggies’ drop was the largest in the new poll.
Michigan had the largest jump in the poll going from unranked to No. 4. According to ESPN, the leap “matched Kansas (1989) for the biggest jump from being unranked in the history of the poll, which dates to 1949.”
After losses by Michigan State and Duke, the Louisville Cardinals moved up to the top spot.
