Huntley, Moss Suffer Injures In First Half, Both Return To Score TD

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah’s dynamic duo of quarterback Tyler Huntley and running back Zack Moss suffered injuries in the second quarter against Arizona State.
Huntley went down first with a leg injury after getting tackled by an Sun Devil defender. Three plays later, Moss ran the ball up the middle and was hit in the helmet by an Arizona State defender, forcing the star running back to exit the game. Evan Fields was called for targeting on the hit to Moss and was ejected after the officials reviewed the play.
Both players returned shortly after on the same drive and was able to get into the end zone on a one-yard touchdown by Moss.

Drew Lisk came in at quarterback and completed one pass for 13 yards, to Moss. The touchdown by Moss gave Utah a 14-0 lead before halftime.
Moss only needs 27 yards to break the all-time career rushing yards record in Utah history. He also needs just two rushing touchdowns to set the new school record.
The senior running back finished the first half with 12 carries for 28 yards and one touchdown. Huntley completed 10 of his 13 pass attempts for 157 yards, as well as 3 rushing attempts for 29 yards.
