Joe Johnson Hits Four-Pointer To Begin Game For Big3

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Jazz fans at Vivint Smart Home Arena gave former Jazzman Joe Johnson a warm welcome back to Salt Lake City.
In return, Johnson hit a four-point shot to get the Triplets in front of the Ball Hogs.
He finished with 11 points in the first half as the Triplets had a 26-14 lead.

He started the first half strong and ended it that way as well with a three-pointer in the corner.
His teammate and former Jazzman Al Jefferson had 8 points to combine for 19 of their 26 points.
Both guys were welcomed back to Utah with standing ovations when introduced to the fans inside Vivint Smart Home Arena.

Former Jazzman DeShawn Stevenson is playing for the Ball Hogs team, who is searching for their first win after an 0-5 start. He finished the first half with just three points.

These players are playing for the Big3 that is in their third season of existence. They were founded by rapper and hip-hop icon Ice Cube and play three-on-three half-court basketball.
The players on the roster are guys who played long and successful careers overseas or in the NBA.
