SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – University of Utah forward Donnie Tillman will have a chance to audition in front of the Utah Jazz brass this week.
The Jazz announced Thursday that Tillman would be a part of a six-player pre-draft workout on Friday. Tillman will be joined by Oshae Brissett from Syracuse, Corey Davis Jr. from Houston, Joe Axel Gudmundsson from Davidson, Jordan Murphy from Minnesota and Zach Norvell Jr. from Gonzaga.
Tillman wrapped up a nice season for the Utes in 2018-19 as a sophomore. He was named the Pac-12 Conference’s Sixth Man of the Year after averaging 10.5 points and five rebounds while coming off the bench in conference play.

A native of Detroit, Michigan, Tillman came to the Utes as a four-star recruit in high school.
While many consider Tillman to be a potential NBA prospect, he is not listed on any mock drafts by any major publication or draft expert.
Utah State center Neemias Queta also worked out for the Jazz recently and participated in the NBA Draft Combine, with mixed results. Like Tillman, Queta also has the left open the possibility of returning to school.
Tillman has until June 10 to either withdraw from the draft or remain in the draft pool. The NBA Draft will take place June 20 in Chicago.
